The delivery time is 7-10 working days as all LED is made to order & then age tested for 2 days prior to shipping. Warranty returns need only be sent to our Hobart office & any goods damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. We do keep some stock of our most popular products but there are literally 1000’s of different products when all product configurations are considered & made to order is the only practical supply solution for this level of customisation. This also helps to keep prices down as overheads are greatly reduced.

We use DHL international couriers to deliver from our associate factory in China where your order is assembled to the world. We charge delivery at DHL's quoted prices obtained from their servers & prices are subject to changes without warning. The pricing structure for delivery can be complex & takes into account distance, weight & other factors. Coming from China the more you buy the cheaper shipping will be per item. It can cost the same to ship 1 or 10 lamps as shipping is charged in .5kg increments. We do not charge handling fees or profit in any way from shipping charges. On occasion we do use other shipping carriers depending on the destination. LEDshopper have found DHL to be reliable carriers as have millions worldwide. We also offer shipping to multiple addresses should you choose & this can be selected in the shopping cart.
