• We can offer you FREE lighting advice or design your new LED installation/retrofit. We'll specify our products of course! Plans can be uploaded via our contact form.
• We have CE, ROHS & SAA compliance for all our LED. SAA & CE is a compliance that certifies a product is electrically safe. Every retailer is supposed to have this compliance to sell electrical products in Australia & the European Union respectively but few do. We also carry the C-Tick which contrary to popular belief that it signifies electrical safety, merely establishes a tracable link back to the supplier ie LEDshopper.
• We list dimmer compatibility with Clipsal & HPM dimmers.
• We understand the products and make them easy for you to select and install, by providing you with the information you need to make an informed choice. We've tried to eliminate the spacefiller that unnecessarily congests most websites.
• We select the premium diodes available for each lamp, with attention to thermal management. We do this by utilizing only regarded brands like CREE, Sharp, Bridgelux and Edison. LEDshopper does not use manufacturers who overdrive their LED to boost initial performance, resulting in greatly reduced lamp life.
• Delivery takes 7-10 working days, because each of our products are made to order. While we do stock some of the most popular products, we recommend that you allow us to tailor the perfect product for your needs by ordering to your exact specifications.
• We offer tiered pricing so the more you buy the less you pay. This only applies to multiples of the same product. If however you want to buy 5X cool white & 5X warm white of the same style lamp & the tiered pricing point is 10 lamps then we can arrange that but you'll have to contact us first.
• We pride ourselves on our customer service. All contact form emails are responded to within 12-hours, or phone (02)8011 4528 or (03)9016 3103, 9-5pm AEST and our sales team will do their best to answer your questions.
To apply for our trade account with average discounts of 10% you must first create a new account if you havent done so already.
Then please submit a Trade Account application form. Allow 24hrs for us to process your application & you'll recieve a trade account success or denial email. Anybody in the electrical trade, architects & interior designers can apply. Trade account holders can login to their account & see a discounted pricing structure to the general publics view. Its about 10% less & the tiered pricing for multiple items moves down in step also. We value your business & want to give you the best deals we can.
